Please read these terms of use (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website and the Guly mobile application (hereinafter, "the App"), operated by Apercloud / Alexandro Pereiro Rodríguez.

By accessing, downloading, or registering on Guly, you bind yourself to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use our services.

1. Service Description and Account Registration

Guly is a technological platform designed to facilitate reconciliation, co-parenting, and the organization of family units. The App offers integrated tools for shared calendars, household chore managers, collaborative shopping lists, smart pantry, meal planners, expense sharing, and an encrypted storage vault for sensitive documents.

To use the App, the creation of a Family Account is required. The holder of the family account (usually an adult administrator) has the ability to invite other members (co-owners, co-parents, children, or guardians) to be part of their organizational group. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for any activity that takes place under your account.

2. Family Roles and Co-parenting

The App features a flexible role assignment system. Users configured as administrators or co-parents will be able to edit events, create lists, record common expenses, validate household chores, and grant points. Minors integrated under parental control will have restricted and supervised access, limited to viewing their assigned tasks, claiming their points, and proposing prizes within their family circle.

3. Task, Points, and Prizes System (Gamification)

Guly incorporates a recreational-educational mechanic through which guardians can assign household chores (making the bed, cleaning the room, studying, etc.) to minors in exchange for virtual points:

• No Commercial or Monetary Value: The points accumulated within Guly are purely informative, playful, and educational. Under no circumstances do they have monetary value, do they constitute currencies or electronic money, and are they exchangeable for real money, goods, or services provided by Guly.
• Exclusive Family Management: The prizes catalog and rewards (for example: a movie afternoon, 30 extra console minutes, or choosing Friday dinner) are configured, managed, and delivered exclusively and voluntarily by the adult administrators of the family outside the App. Guly does not intervene in the physical delivery nor assume any responsibility for the commitments agreed between the family members.

4. Use of the Secure Vault and Data Responsibility

The App provides an encrypted tool in the cloud (the "Secure Vault") for users to save copies of relevant documents (ID, passports, medical insurance, etc.). By making use of this feature:

• You warrant that you possess the rights and necessary consent to upload the corresponding documents of your family members.
• Mandatory Backup: Although we apply secure encryption and high-availability systems, Guly is purely an organizational assistance tool. Guly does not replace official archives nor guarantee the infallibility of the custody of the information. The user agrees to maintain backups of their critical documents by external means.
• Guly is not responsible for data loss due to accidental deletion by users, loss of the mobile device, or security breaches caused by user negligence in safeguarding their password or the biometric unlock of their terminal.

5. Rules of Conduct and Intellectual Property

It is expressly forbidden to use the App to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, or that violates family privacy or third-party rights. Guly reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel without notice the account of any family or user that violates these guidelines.

All texts, graphics, interfaces, logos, source codes, and designs of the App and the landing page belong to Guly and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guly provides its services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free in code, or compatible with all mobile device models on the market. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

7. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of making significant changes, we will notify you by publishing the new terms on our website and/or sending a notification within the App. Continued use of the services after such modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
