- Profile Information: Username, email address, profile picture (if any), and access credentials encrypted using a secure hash.
- Family Calendar: Events, reminders, logistics tasks (who takes/picks up), meetings, and scheduled activities within the family group.
- Tasks and Scores: The list of configured domestic obligations, assignment to family members, history of completed tasks, and accumulated gamification points.

- Finances and Common Expenses: The history of registered expenses, balances, virtual transfers, and financial status between group members.
- Secure Document Vault: All digital files (ID, passports, health insurance, medical prescriptions) uploaded to the cloud vault. This documentation is double-shielded and deleted via high-security logical storage formatting.
3. What data is retained and for what retention periods?
In accordance with the storage limitation principle of the GDPR:
- Commercial use data: Apercloud does NOT retain any kind of personal, family, or usage information for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes after account deletion.
- Legal and Fiscal Obligations: Only records strictly necessary to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations under Spanish legislation (such as invoicing or justification of premium subscription transactions, if any) will be kept in a closed and restricted-access historical archive. This data will be kept for the legally established period (up to a maximum of 5 years) and will be destroyed thereafter.
