Apercloud SL offers geolocation, mapping, and community services for adventure and active tourism enthusiasts. The company reserves the right to modify the content of its services, rates, and conditions without prior notice.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All content of the site (texts, photos, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source codes) constitutes a work owned by Apercloud SL, and none of the exploitation rights over them can be understood as transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.

4. Exclusion of warranties and liability

The use of the Route Explorer application in natural or adventure environments carries inherent risks. Apercloud SL is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of third-party map data integrated into the application.
• Physical, material, or moral damage derived from the use of routes suggested by the app or other users.
• Technical errors that prevent access or proper functioning of mobile GPS systems or data networks.

Users are strongly advised to act with caution, check weather and terrain conditions, and always have the appropriate safety equipment.

5. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
