1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Flip & Cart. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Service Description

Flip & Cart is a digital catalog and order management tool designed for sales reps and sales forces. The App allows syncing products from e-commerce platforms (such as WooCommerce), viewing catalogs offline, and generating orders that are synchronized later.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

  • Use the Application for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks associated with the App.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the App.

4. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must connect the App with your online store using API credentials. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of these credentials. Flip & Cart does not store your API keys on external servers; they are stored locally on your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of the Flip & Cart developers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Product data (images, descriptions) belong to the respective owners of the connected stores.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or run without interruptions. In no event shall Flip & Cart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication in the App or on this website. Continued use of the App will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Spain, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
