01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the The Daily Clash mobile application, owned by Apercloud, you accept and agree to comply in a binding manner with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, please refrain from using the application.
02. Purpose and Operation of the Service
The Daily Clash is a daily voting and debate platform that encourages free, constructive, and friendly discussion.
- One Standard Daily Vote: Each user can cast a single standard vote for each duel or daily question published, completely free of charge.
- Extra Votes System: Through optional rewarded advertisements, the user can unlock a strict limit of up to 5 additional votes per day to support their chosen side. Attempting to bypass or manipulate this limit using bots, hacks, or automation tools will result in the immediate suspension of the user identifier (UID).
03. Code of Conduct in Debates
The Daily Clash provides a discussion space where users can post comments. All participants are required to maintain decorum and mutual respect. It is strictly forbidden to post content that:
- Contains offensive, vulgar, defamatory, or harassing language.
- Promotes hatred, racial, religious, gender, or sexual orientation discrimination.
- Includes advertising, spam, suspicious, or fraudulent external links.
- Infringes on the intellectual property or rights of third parties.
Apercloud and its administrators reserve the absolute right to moderate and delete comments without prior notice, as well as to restrict access to repeat offenders.
04. Intellectual Property
All source code of the application, graphic design, user interfaces, texts, logos, and published questions or Clashes are the exclusive property of Apercloud and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws. Partial or total reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
05. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Apercloud is not responsible for service interruptions due to network failures, maintenance, or unforeseen problems on Google's Firebase servers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the opinions expressed by users in the public discussion section of the application.
